Equipment List/Motion Picture Production Services

Below is a list of equipment that is personally owned and maintained in the highest condition. Chum and his equipment are available to hire at a daily rate. • Default daily rates apply in most circumstances, unless otherwise discussed, and depending on the production. As a reference, typical commercial rates are $700 per 10 hours day (not including 45 minutes for breaks, totaling 10:45 days)
• Student and NFP Rates are available to applicable productions.
• A 15% surcharge will apply for overtime (production that falls outside the industry standard 10 hour working day) per hour, to be charged in hourly blocks for the first two hours, and at a rate of 20% per hour, in hourly blocks thereafter. Night Loading surcharges of at least 1.5x agreed hourly rate (where the agreed hourly rate is the agreed to daily rate divided by 10) will apply when applicable and in conjunction with overtime surcharges when applicable. For productions lasting longer than a day, or immediately preceding another, 10 hour turn around applies (10 hour break before the next call time). For productions that do not comply, there is a minimum rate multiplier of 2.5x agreed hourly rate.
• For productions with principle shooting periods lasting longer than one working week (5 days on, 2 days off), contract pricing can be negotiated, surcharges will still apply (based on the daily rate derived from the negotiated contract fee).
• In the case of either an extension of the shooting period negotiated in the original contract, or pickup shoots, daily rates and surcharges will apply, unless otherwise negotiated.
• Half-daily shoots and rates are agreed to only at the discretion of the vendor (Robert Li), and will take into account time required to setup, wrap and travel. They can be upgraded to full daily rate (based on 2x the half-daily rate agreed to) without notice if any part of the production occurs outside of the 6 hour allotted time typically provided for half-day shoots.
• Late payment of invoices older than 14 (fourteen) days after date of issue or equipment return will incur a compounding penalty fee of 1% per day (to be calculated after 9:00 AM and billed weekly until a “Notice of Final Payment” is issued), unless otherwise discussed.
• Customers whose invoices remain unpaid after a period of 28 (twenty eight) days after date of issue or equipment return will be subject to a “Notice of Final Payment”, with the possibility of legal action to follow, unless otherwise discussed.
• Equipment is to be returned before 9:00 AM of the day following the conclusion of the stated rental period (found on invoice) in a satisfactory condition deemed by Chum. Further charges will apply if this is not the case.

Chum has had four years of extensive industry experience in Makeup Artistry and is available for hire depending on availability and the nature of the project.

He has exceptional speed, strongly emphasises the importance of absolutely flawless skin, and also specialises in Injury Simulation.

Chum chooses to use Gorgeous Cosmetics, MAC, NARS, Guerlain, Kryolan and Ben Nye.
